Please ensure you measure you for baby's size properly before ordering. We unfortunately currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
We pride ourselves on our product quality and each item is hand made with love in China. If for any reason you receive a faulty item we will happily exchange that product over for you at no extra cost. Please contact us within 100 hours of receiving your product otherwise unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange.
Cancellation of Orders
Ispet may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with your products in your order. We will contact you should this occur and a refund or exchange will be offered.
If the case of cancellation you will not be eligible to claim any further compensation.

Each product is handmade therefor no designs and pattern layouts will be identical. We believe this gives our product character. No two products will be identical.
Our Assurance:
We pride ourselves on our high quality standard of products. Each product is made from high quality and durable materials, however they are not indestructible. We check each of our products for any faults after production. If you have experienced a problem with any of our products, please send an email to us at info@ispetdesign.com with details and a photo of the issue within 100 hours of receiving the order.
