Our Policy

We hope you love everything you order from ISPET, but we get that sometimes things don’t work out!

 ISPET products come in a number of different sizes, so please check the size chart here

 If for some reason a product is not 100% what you had in mind, we're more than happy to arrange for a refund or product exchange within 30 days of purchase, so long as the product is unused*

 An unused product is one that is in its original packaging and unwashed or unused by a dog.

 

Returns Process

To start the returns process, download our returns form within 15 days of purchase and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped.

 Please note, original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty or Wrong Product?

If you have received an incorrect or a faulty item, please email our customer service team along with your order number, description of what you have incorrectly received along with photos. A customer service team member will be in touch with you regarding the returns process. Please do not send any products back without contacting us.

 

Refund Process

ISPET will refund the value of your item via the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving and accepting the returned item in the same condition in which it was shipped. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

 

Returns policy can be changed without notice

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
